プライバシーポリシー
たまごかけごはん / TKG（以下「当スタジオ」）は、当スタジオが提供するゲーム（以下「ゲーム」）およびウェブサイト（以下あわせて「本サービス」）における利用者の情報の取り扱いについて、次のとおり定めます。
1. 適用範囲
本ポリシーは、次のサービスに適用されます。
- ウェブサイト www.tkgsoft.com
- ゲーム「ソリティア花札」 — アプリ版（iOS / Android）、Steam 版、ブラウザ版（デモ版、hanafuda.tkgsoft.com）
2. ゲーム（アプリ版・Steam 版）で取り扱う情報
ゲームのアプリ版および Steam 版は、利用者の個人情報を収集しません。アカウント登録は不要で、広告やアプリ内課金もありません。
- ゲームの進行状況・設定・勝利数などのセーブデータは、利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当スタジオに送信されることはありません。OS のバックアップ機能（iCloud バックアップ、Android のバックアップ、Steam クラウド）によって端末外に保存される場合がありますが、その取り扱いは各プラットフォームの規約に従います。
- ゲームは、当スタジオのサーバーと通信しません。
- 「シェア」機能は、結果の文字列とリンクを OS の共有機能に渡すだけです。送信先は利用者が選択し、当スタジオは関与しません。
- Steam 版の実績・統計などは Steam クライアントを通じて Valve Corporation が処理します。取り扱いは Steam のプライバシーポリシー に従います。
- iOS / Android の OS が提供するクラッシュ情報や利用統計は、利用者が OS の設定で同意した範囲で Apple または Google が収集し、当スタジオには匿名化・集計された形でのみ提供されます。
3. ウェブサイト・ゲームのブラウザ版で取り扱う情報
3.1 アクセス解析（外部送信について）
ウェブサイトおよびブラウザ版では、利用状況を把握するために Cloudflare Web Analytics を利用しています。これにより、利用者の端末から次の情報が Cloudflare, Inc. に送信されます。
- 送信される情報: 閲覧したページの URL、参照元 URL、ブラウザとOSの種類、画面サイズ、国・地域、ページの表示速度
- 送信先: Cloudflare, Inc.（プライバシーポリシー）
- 利用目的: 訪問数や利用環境の傾向の把握、表示速度の改善
Cloudflare Web Analytics は Cookie を使用せず、個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。IP アドレスは保存されません。
3.2 ウェブフォント
ウェブサイト（www.tkgsoft.com）では Google Fonts を利用しています。フォントの読み込みの際、利用者のブラウザから Google LLC に IP アドレス等のアクセス情報が送信されます。取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシー に従います。
3.3 サーバーのアクセスログ
ウェブサイトおよびブラウザ版は Cloudflare Pages で配信しています。配信の過程で Cloudflare が IP アドレス等を含むアクセスログを一時的に処理することがあります。
4. お問い合わせ・ご意見
- メールでのお問い合わせでお預かりしたメールアドレスと内容は、お問い合わせへの回答および本サービスの改善にのみ使用します。
- ゲーム内の「ご意見」機能は Google フォームを使用しています。フォームはメールアドレスを収集せず、回答は匿名です。フォームの取り扱いは Google のプライバシーポリシー に従います。
5. 第三者への提供
当スタジオは、法令に基づく場合を除き、お預かりした情報を第三者に提供しません。
6. 未成年の利用者について
本サービスは年齢を問わず利用できます。当スタジオは、上記以外の情報を、年齢にかかわらず収集しません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページで公表します。重要な変更がある場合は、本サービス上でお知らせします。

Privacy Policy
Tamago Kake Gohan / TKG ("we") sets out below how user information is handled in the games we publish (the "Games") and on our website (together, the "Services").
1. Scope
This policy applies to the following Services:
- Website: www.tkgsoft.com
- Game "Hanafuda Solitaire" — app version (iOS / Android), Steam version, and browser version (demo, hanafuda.tkgsoft.com)
2. Games (app and Steam versions)
The app and Steam versions of the Games do not collect any personal information. No account is required, and there are no ads or in-app purchases.
- Save data (progress, settings, win counts) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. It may be copied off the device by OS backup features (iCloud Backup, Android Backup, Steam Cloud); such copies are governed by the respective platform's terms.
- The Games do not communicate with any server operated by us.
- The "Share" feature only hands a result string and a link to the OS share sheet. You choose the destination; we are not involved.
- Achievements and statistics in the Steam version are processed by Valve Corporation through the Steam client, under the Steam Privacy Policy.
- Crash reports and usage statistics provided by iOS or Android are collected by Apple or Google only to the extent you have consented in your OS settings, and are provided to us only in anonymized, aggregated form.
3. Website and browser versions of the Games
3.1 Analytics
The website and the browser versions use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand usage. The following information is sent from your device to Cloudflare, Inc.:
- Information sent: page URL, referrer URL, browser and OS type, screen size, country/region, page load timing
- Recipient: Cloudflare, Inc. (Privacy Policy)
- Purpose: understanding visit counts and usage environments, improving page performance
Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. IP addresses are not stored.
3.2 Web fonts
The website (www.tkgsoft.com) uses Google Fonts. When fonts are loaded, your browser sends access information such as your IP address to Google LLC, under the Google Privacy Policy.
3.3 Server access logs
The website and the browser versions are served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may temporarily process access logs, including IP addresses, in the course of serving content.
4. Contact and feedback
- Email addresses and message contents you send us are used only to respond to your inquiry and to improve the Services.
- The in-game "Feedback" feature uses Google Forms. The form does not collect email addresses and responses are anonymous. The form is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law.
6. Children
The Services may be used at any age. We do not collect any information beyond what is described above, regardless of age.
7. Changes to this policy
Changes to this policy will be published on this page. Significant changes will be announced within the Services.
